Adaptive Insights Lead Consultant

Infosys is seeking an experienced Adaptive Insights Lead Consultant with strong leadership skills. Consultant would Interact with process consultants and business SME to understand and analyze various processes. S/he will perform a role of Adaptive Insights Lead and advisor. Consultant should have ability to translate business requirements to solution design, communicate complex designs to stakeholders and seek approvals. S/he should have the ability to work in an on-shore/off-shore model working with development and support teams across continents, managing delivery and driving automation opportunities.

Required Qualifications:

  • Candidate may be located remotely anywhere in the US and must be willing to travel for major milestones.
  • Bachelor's Degree or foreign equivalent, will consider work experience in lieu of a degree
  • 7 years of Information Technology experience
  • Must have done 2 or 3 projects implementation with Adaptive Insights finance planning
  • Candidate should be Techno-Functional or functional resource and Functional background must be Finance domain
  • Very familiar with Adaptive tool components (Attributes, Dimensions etc.,)

  • Production support - Incidents & service requests resolution & problem solving and support to the integrations from Adaptive Insights to other HR & finance systems and working with vendi
  • Any enhancements / process improvements on Adaptive insights and consulting with clients on budgeting and planning best practices
  • Working with end users to document the business requirements and create technical solutions based on functional requirements and provide technical guidance (design, model, configuration, troubleshooting, etc.) for the Adaptive suite of products.
  • Supporting budgets, forecasts, and reports within Adaptive Insights for Finance and analyzing financial models and reports (spreadsheet/non-spreadsheet based models)
  • Be part of a dynamic team that offers global financial solutions, operational support and opportunity to lead change through the company. Educate and guide users on effective and efficient approaches to utilizing models, tools and data.
  • Demonstrate high understanding of potential functional design issues by suggesting alternatives and support existing functionality and integrations with other systems and Effective communicate status to the management team, issue and risk management
  • Establish connections to various systems and build end to end integrations that will extract, transform and load data into Adaptive Insights and work with clients to ensure their data is formatted correctly, imports successfully and reconciles to source system
  • Leverage prior EPM, CPM, and/or ERP implementation and integrations experience to better advise client on multi-application solutions and technology landscape
  • Always adhere to all confidentiality requirements as outlined within Operating Policies and Problem solving skills on day-to-day basis for the issues coming from Adaptive Insights
  • Provide hands - on leadership, coaching, mentoring to other members and experience or desire to work in global delivery model
"Estimated annual compensation range for candidates based in CA, WA, NY, CO are as indicated below:

California: $94,000 to $131,600
Washington:$94,000 to $131,600
Colorado:$94,000 to $131,600
New York:$94,000 to $131,600
