Every day, you will collaborate closely with sales, channel teams, and partners, driving the creation and implementation of integrated marketing campaigns, demand generation programs, and events designed to generate leads and build opportunities.

To thrive in this role, you must possess a strategic mindset, a deep understanding of the SLED cybersecurity market, and a proven track record in B2B marketing, coupled with exceptional communication skills and the ability to analyze and leverage data to inform decisions in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Are you a strategic, data-driven marketer who thrives in a fast-paced environment? We are seeking an experienced Field Marketing Manager with a focus on lead generation and market awareness to help build our sales pipeline. This person will take responsibility for the execution and success of our direct and through partner marketing programs in our SLED (state, local and education) vertical. 

As the Field Marketing Manager, you will be communicating and collaborating with the SLED sales and channel teams while executing marketing programs and campaigns. In this role, you will need an understanding of the SLED Cyber Security market and have deep understanding of both direct and partner marketing. This role is a high impact, visible role that will be responsible for creating, developing, and executing integrated marketing campaigns to assist in generating opportunities and creating pipeline.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Thoroughly understand SLED market, their needs, use cases, buyer personas and their journeys in order to build and execute national and regional SLED marketing programs that generate pipeline and support revenue goals

  •  Develop and implement the partner marketing strategy for the SLED team

  • Execute measurable integrated campaigns, demand generation programs, and events that drive demand across the buyer’s journey

  • Own metrics for success in your region: Track, measure, follow-up of every program

  • Create impactful account-based marketing campaigns

  • Work with channel marketing and the channel account managers, co-develop marketing plans and activities with key regional partners to deliver pipeline

  • Collaborate with the ADR and SDR teams and leadership to create programs that contribute to “meetings booked” success.

  • Work cross functionally with internal teams including demand generation, marketing, product marketing, partner marketing, inside sales, finance, etc.

  • Conduct Campaign analysis and reporting on marketing KPIs across the buyers’ journey, and make data-centric recommendations to increase pipeline and revenue

  • Develop and manage regional budget

Experience:

  • 5+ years of B2B marketing experience in the SLED vertical; security and SaaS experience preferred

  • Proven track record of overseeing Regional Marketing including developing supporting visions, plans and strategy

  • In-depth background with executing integrated marketing campaigns, demand generation programs and events that drive leads, pipeline, and revenue for both direct and through partner sales

  • Experienced at supporting and partnering with sales to meet or exceed pipeline and revenue targets

  • Excellent communicator and team player

  • Must have a strong background with tracking, analysis, and reporting effectiveness of marketing plans

  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic organization

  • Budget development and management

Pay Range:

$ 138,000 USD - $ 165,000 USD

The pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, location, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, or applicable laws.
