Your role and responsibilities
• Develop and implement comprehensive talent acquisition strategies aligned with business goals.
• Lead, coach, and mentor the Talent Acquisition team to achieve optimal performance.
• Design and optimize recruitment processes and workflows to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Utilize data and metrics to inform decision-making, continuously improving recruitment strategies and practices.
• Foster strong relationships with hiring managers across all departments to understand their staffing needs and provide suitable candidates.
• Act as a subject matter expert on recruitment, best practices, technology, and trends.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies in all aspects of recruitment and hiring.
• Collaborate with HR to ensure new hires align with company culture and values.
• Represent the team at client meetings, providing regular updates on recruitment metrics, challenges, and successes.
• Help monitor and improve the team's KPIs performance.
• Ability to assign demand based on the team's utilization.
• Experience managing client escalations and removing blockers.
• Exceptional business acumen, judgment, and decision-making skills
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
• Present information in a clear, compelling way.
• High attention to detail and strong time management and project management skills
• Excellent knowledge of labor market trends, candidate sourcing techniques, and employment laws.
Required education
High School Diploma/GED
Preferred education
Bachelor's Degree
Required technical and professional expertise
• 4 to 6 years of recruiting experience mastering end-to-end hiring processes in Americas countries (US, CA and/or LA) with multiple clients and business units.
• 2+ years leading operative functions, projects, tasks and teams.
• At least 4 years of experience in managing business relationships, and consulting senior business leaders and stakeholders.
• Fluency in English (advanced level) written and oral.
• Data analytics and report management.
• Scrum Master certification or 1+ year leading Agile projects/recruitment sprints.
Preferred technical and professional experience
• Team management experience
• Demonstrated commitment to excellence, personal development and continuous improvement Education, Experience and Certifications
• Digital Eminence
• Portuguese written and spoken
• Proficient in excel or similar, and PM tools (Monday, Jira)
