Strategy Consultant - Customer Solutions
Introduction
This position is responsible for the technical operations of the Premier/Precision Business Process Manager application, Premier Integrated Teller application, Focus DB Manager application and Onboard Advisor application, which provides our financial clients access to effectively perform their jobs, run their bank, make critical business decisions, and provide access for other critical 3rd party product solutions.
In this role, you'll work in one of our IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers (Delivery Centers), where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. Our delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.

Bachelor's Degree in computer science and/or related field required or
Minimum of 6 years work-related experience.
Must be able to make decisions, resolve problems using experience and professional judgment, follow specific instructions, perform repeatable technical product implementations, manage multiple implementation projects simultaneously and possess effective multi-tasking skills.
Must show a demonstrated work history of learning technical software applications, processes and procedures as well as performing technical product implementations.
Must have strong communications skills (verbal and written) with special attention to technical content
Have a good working knowledge of Microsoft SQL, IBM db2 and Microsoft Windows servers, including hardware and software
Have a strong understanding of Dynatrace and Splunk to effectively setup/monitor and troubleshoot our systems and applications
Be able to take ownership of job duties & responsibilities as well as work independently with minimal supervision and oversight
This position will entail occasional work outside of standard business hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed to meet project deadlines and operational requirement

A wide variety of 3rd party programs and applications.
Previous experience with Fiserv Premier/Precision products or previous experience in banking or financial services industry also preferred
