We are seeking a motivated and technically oriented individual to join our team as an Early Technical Hire - Infrastructure & Solutions Specialist. This is a unique opportunity for someone who is eager to grow their technical expertise and evolve into a key technical advisor for customers.

The ideal candidate should have a strong foundational understanding (or a keen interest) in infrastructure systems, with an advantage if experienced in storage systems, Virtualziation, RH OCP, Networking
Key Responsibilities:
Initial Phase - Learning & Implementation
Develop deep hands-on knowledge of our technology portfolio through real-world implementations.
Engage in self-learning and guided training to build technical competence in infrastructure and solution design.
Participate in deployments and technical workshops to gain practical experience.
Growth Phase - Technical Presales & Architecture
Support presales activities by delivering compelling solution presentations.
Collaborate with sales and technical teams to collect customer requirements and design tailored solutions.
Conduct solution sizing, infrastructure planning, and high-level architecture.
Assist in positioning IBM-based solutions to meet customer needs.
Translate technical requirements into actionable implementation plans.
Career Path- This role is designed as a stepping stone toward becoming a Technical Solutions Architect or Presales Engineer, with hands-on experience evolving into customer-facing responsibilities.

Required education

Preferred education
Bachelor's Degree
Required technical and professional expertise
Technical mindset with an interest or experience in infrastructure (storage, networking, OCP, VMware).
Strong desire and ability to self-learn and grow in technical roles.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking.
Strong communication skills, with a willingness to develop presentation and customer engagement capabilities.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in dynamic environments.
Preferred technical and professional experience
Experience with IBM technologies and solutions (a plus).
Exposure to infrastructure sizing and solution design.
Previous hands-on experience with any of: storage arrays, networking systems, VMware environments, or OCP.
