Your role and responsibilities

• An SAP Senior Technical Product Manager is a strategic leadership role responsible for overseeing the end-to-end lifecycle of complex SAP solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives, and driving innovation within the SAP ecosystem. This position requires a blend of technical expertise, product management skills, and the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders to deliver impactful SAP products and platforms.

Required education

Bachelor's Degree

Required technical and professional expertise

Experience:

• 8-10+ years of experience in program management, with a focus on SAP implementations.
• Proven track record of managing large-scale, complex SAP programs.

Technical Skills:

• Deep understanding of SAP modules and integration points.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA, SAP SD/MM/PM, SAP BW, and SAP Fiori.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and modern software development practices.

Methodologies:

• Proficiency in Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid project management methodologies.
• Experience with program management tools and techniques.

Preferred technical and professional experience

• Industry Experience: Experience in the telecommunications industry, particularly within large-scale enterprises.
• Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering solutions that meet business needs.
