Project Manager SAP

Introduction

Estamos en búsqueda de un SAP Project Manager con experiencia para liderar y coordinar proyectos de implementación, despliegue y transformación en entornos SAP. Esta posición es clave para asegurar la entrega exitosa de proyectos dentro del alcance, tiempo y presupuesto establecidos, alineándose con los objetivos del negocio y los requerimientos técnicos. Trabajarás de manera cercana con equipos multidisciplinarios, partes interesadas y socios externos para garantizar el cumplimiento de metas estratégicas. Buscamos un perfil con fuerte liderazgo, conocimiento profundo en soluciones SAP y una sólida trayectoria gestionando proyectos tecnológicos complejos en entornos dinámicos.

In this role, you'll work in one of our IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers (Delivery Centers), where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. Our delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.

Your role and responsibilities

• Liderar el ciclo de vida completo del proyecto, desde la planificación inicial hasta la entrega y el cierre, asegurando que los proyectos se completen a tiempo, dentro del presupuesto y con los estándares de calidad requeridos.
• Definir el alcance del proyecto, los objetivos, los entregables y los requisitos de recursos en colaboración con las partes interesadas clave.
• Desarrollar y mantener planes de proyecto detallados, cronogramas y presupuestos.
• Gestionar y mitigar riesgos, resolver problemas y manejar los cambios de alcance de manera efectiva.
• Coordinar equipos multidisciplinarios, incluyendo consultores funcionales y técnicos, desarrolladores y usuarios finales.
• Establecer y mantener una comunicación clara y consistente con todas las partes interesadas, incluyendo informes de progreso regulares y presentaciones a la dirección.
• Asegurar la adopción de las mejores prácticas de gestión de proyectos y metodologías SAP.
• Supervisar la calidad de los entregables del proyecto y asegurar la satisfacción del cliente

Required technical and professional expertise

• Experiencia senior como Project Manager SAP en la gestión de proyectos de implementación, upgrade o migración.
• Experiencia práctica y comprobada en proyectos de migración a SAP Rise con S/4HANA.
• Conocimiento profundo de las metodologías de implementación de SAP (SAP Activate).
• Fuertes habilidades de liderazgo, comunicación, negociación y resolución de problemas.
• Certificación en gestión de proyectos (PMP, PRINCE2 o similar) es un plus.
• Conocimiento de las últimas tendencias y tecnologías de SAP.
• Excelentes habilidades interpersonales y capacidad para trabajar eficazmente en un entorno de equipo.
