Your role and responsibilities

As a Technical Pre-Sales Specialist, you will:

- Promote IBM's Envizi ESG platform to help organizations meet their sustainability goals through technology

- Work directly with both customers and partners, shaping technical strategies and guiding solution design

- Act as a trusted technical advisor, embedding IBM technologies into real-world architectures and practices

- Collaborate with IBM's technical community to build innovative, scalable solutions

- Strengthen the IBM Partner Ecosystem by increasing the technical readiness of partner firms

- Continuously develop your skills and network within a global, purpose-driven organization

- A solid interest in ESG and sustainability

- A technical and problem-solving mindset, with familiarity in areas like cloud, data, automation, or AI

- Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences

- A passion for technology and innovation, and a desire to build impactful solutions

- The ability to collaborate in cross-functional teams and adapt in a dynamic environment

- Fluency in English and Polish

Preferred technical and professional experience

While this role is open to individuals with diverse backgrounds, candidates with the following skills and experience will have an advantage:

  • Prior experience in technical pre-sales, solution engineering, or consulting - especially in enterprise or B2B environments
  • Familiarity with ESG frameworks (e.g., GRI, CDP, TCFD) and sustainability reporting tools or practices
  • Knowledge of IBM technology portfolio
  • Understanding of cloud platforms (e.g., IBM Cloud, AWS, Azure, or GCP) and integration patterns
  • Exposure to data analytics, automation, or AI technologies, especially in the context of enterprise digital transformation
  • Experience working with partner ecosystems, system integrators, or ISVs
  • Relevant certifications
