Your role and responsibilities

Atuar em projetos estratégicos com foco em Salesforce Marketing Cloud, contribuindo na construção de jornadas, desenvolvimento de e-mails dinâmicos via AMPscript, personalização de comunicações e integrações entre sistemas. A posição exige domínio técnico da plataforma e postura consultiva junto aos stakeholders.

Required technical and professional expertise

Perfil Técnico (Hard Skills):

- Experiência comprovada em Salesforce Marketing Cloud (incluindo Email Studio, Automation Studio, Journey Builder);

- Domínio de AMPscript e HTML/CSS para criação de e-mails responsivos e personalizados;

- Conhecimento em SQL para manipulação de dados no ambiente do Marketing Cloud;

- Experiência em construção de jornadas multicanal e automações de campanhas.

Perfil Comportamental (Soft Skills):

- Boa comunicação e clareza ao interagir com stakeholders de marketing e tecnologia;

- Autonomia e proatividade para liderar soluções técnicas e propor melhorias;

- Postura consultiva, com foco em eficiência, inovação e relacionamento com o cliente;

- Olhar técnico com noções de UX e atenção a detalhes no front-end.

Preferred technical and professional experience

Integração com outras nuvens Salesforce (como Sales/Service Cloud) e APIs REST/SOAP.
