Your role and responsibilities

As a Delivery Consultant, you'll work closely with IBM clients and partners to design, deliver, and optimize IBM Technology solutions aligned with client goals. You'll combine deep technical expertise with strong consultative skills, problem-solving, communication, and service orientation-to ensure successful outcomes.

You'll be part of a team known for being client-focused, courageous, pragmatic, and technical. Together, you'll co-create solutions that solve real business problems and drive long-term success.

In this role, you will:

  • Solve Client Challenges: Partner with clients to understand their business needs and deliver end-to-end solutions across design, development, integration, implementation, migration, and support.
  • Deliver with Agility: Create and execute agile plans including installation, provisioning, testing, production deployment, and ongoing support.
  • Lead Technical Workshops: Facilitate or contribute to technical solution workshops with clients and stakeholders.
  • Engage Stakeholders: Build strong relationships across all levels-from engineers to executives-with confidence and clarity.
  • Proactive Problem Solve: Apply curiosity, initiative, and self-direction to uncover root causes and recommend solutions.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with IBM, clients, and partners to ensure effective communication and coordination throughout project lifecycle.

Required education

Bachelor's Degree

Preferred education

Master's Degree

Required technical and professional expertise

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with IBM Sterling B2B Integrator
  • Strong experience with IBM ITXA (Transformation Extender Advanced)
  • Solid troubleshooting skills and understanding of integration patterns and system configurations
  • Working knowledge of OpenShift or Kubernetes
  • Experience with Helm for managing Kubernetes deployments
  • Availability to work on a 24/7 rotational shift
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and incident management skills

Preferred technical and professional experience

  • Experience with cloud networking, hybrid cloud deployments, and storage solutions such as Portworx
  • Familiarity with DevOps tools, CI/CD pipelines, and automation practices
  • Background in customer-facing roles or experience managing technical escalations in production environments
