Your role and responsibilities
- Lead teams in the technical development and support of SAP ABAP projects and Work with business users and functional consultants to understand and translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Design and develop complex ABAP programs, reports, and interfaces.
- Development and Implementation: Develop, test, and deploy ABAP solutions, ensuring adherence to development standards.
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for ABAP systems, resolving technical issues and performing performance tuning.
- Mentor and coach junior ABAP developers, fostering a strong technical team.
- Perform code reviews to ensure quality, maintainability, and adherence to best practices.
- Create and maintain technical documentation for ABAP solutions.
- Collaborate with other team members, including functional consultants, project managers, and clients.
- Identify, analyze, and solve complex technical issues within SAP systems, Identify and address performance bottlenecks within ABAP applications.
- New Feature Development: Contribute to the development of new features and enhancements to existing ABAP applications and Stay current with the latest ABAP technologies and best practices.

Required education
Bachelor's Degree
Required technical and professional expertise
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or any related field, or equivalent work experience
- Strong Knowladge of SAP ABAP Programming (WRICEF) and Proficient in software development and programming with ABAP Objects (ABAP OO).
- Demonstrated experience in developing and consuming Gateway Services, Proxy Services, and OData services.
- Have knowledge/experience of SAP FIORI/RAP/ABAP CLoud
- Nice to have experience with integration tools, specifically SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) within the Business Technology Platform (BTP) Integration Suite.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Flexible, easily adaptable to change, and effectively handle a very fast paced environment
Preferred technical and professional experience
SAP Certification is a plus.
