Job Description
“RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL HR ADMINISTRTIVE ROUTINES FOLLOWING THE REGIONAL AND LOCAL STRATEGIES, POLICIES AND GUIDELINES”
RESPONSIBILITIES:
›Responsible for securing strong administrative routines within the DC
›Assist HR team in the administration of all hourly recruiting, interviewing and screening
›Support recruitment and sourcing by placing ads, completing online administration, scheduling candidates as needed and maintains strong relationship with external agency partners
›Manage and enter all employee information into local system, including new hire documentation and status changes
›Ensure that worked hours, absence and vacation days are entered as required into local time and attendance system and Payroll department notified

›Support DC management team with the tracking and reporting of employee attendance and lateness to maintain a fair and consistent approach to absence
›Assist HR Generalist with ER administration
›Audit employee files, ensures all documentation and working permits is accounted for and valid
›Assist HR with any agreed union documentation required
›Assist and coordinates the implementation of special HR initiatives, projects and programs
COMPETENCIES:
›Strong communication and coordination skills
›Flexible and efficient time management and ability to prioritize workload and manage deadlines
›Knowledgeable of local working guidelines, documentation and policies (i.e. GDPR) as well as H&M values
›Excellent organizational and planning skills and strong attention to details
›Knowledgeable in Office 365 and internal reporting/administrative platforms
›Ability to collaborate and co-create with others
›Agile mindset with a positive attitude to change and meaningful growth
›Inclusive and empathetic towards others whilst encouraging diversity

Qualifications
MINIMUM CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or equivalent relevant experience
• 2 to 4 years administrative experience in a large, complex organization or distribution center
• Experience working with union employees a plus
ROLE REQUIREMENTS:
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
• Experience with reporting
• Ability to work as a member of a team
• Excellent people and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a high pressure, multi-personality, fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment
• Demonstrates flexible and efficient time management and ability to prioritize workload
• Excellent customer service skills including timely response to all inquiries and ability to establish and maintain relationships with peers, internal customers and management
• Ability to protect confidential material
• Knowledgeable about policies in H&M employee handbook and Union contract, as well as H&M Values in order to communicate effectively with employees
• Excellent organizational skills
• Fluent in the Spanish language is a plus

Compensation: wage range is $22.12 - $24.60 hourly
