How you'll make an impact

  • You will do overall planning and management of daily warehouse operations to ensure efficient and orderly execution of warehousing tasks.
  • You will strictly supervise suppliers and internal personnel to comply with safety operation procedures in accordance with the company's safety management regulations. Take charge of the special management of hazardous goods warehouses, covering the whole process of operations such as warehousing inspection, storage placement, and outbound control of hazardous goods, ensuring that hazardous goods warehouses meet safety standards.
  • You will implement various warehouse management rules and regulations, coordinate internal work relationships in the warehouse, and scientifically and reasonably arrange and adjust the work division of warehouse administrators.
  • You will review the operation process of warehouse administrators, including procedure checks on the whole process of warehousing inspection, process control, storage placement, outbound control, etc., to ensure strict compliance with the requirements of procedure documents. Meanwhile, verify the completeness, accuracy, and timeliness of information entry.
  • You will collect inventory counting data submitted by warehouse administrators, timely match and verify it with the inventory data in the SAP system. Regularly conduct inventory checks to ensure consistency between accounts and physical stocks. Regularly provide a list of obsolete materials to provide data support for inventory optimization management.
  • You will reasonably plan the allocation of warehouse resources, optimize warehouse location layout, and improve warehouse space utilization.
  • You will be responsible for the 5S management of the warehouse to create a clean, orderly, and standardized warehousing environment.
  • You will promote cross-departmental collaboration (procurement, production, sales, etc.), such as formulating treatment plans for obsolete inventory and optimizing material issuance and return processes.
  • You will complete other work tasks assigned by management.
  • You will be responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your background

  • Bachelor's degree or above, with priority given to relevant majors such as logistics management and warehousing management.
  • At least 3 years of warehouse management experience, with priority given to those with hazardous goods warehouse management experience.
  • Proficient in the use of office software, skilled in Excel formulas and data analysis functions.
  • Familiar with warehouse management processes and relevant safety regulations, with priority given to those who master the SAP or ERP system.
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills, communication skills, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Serious and responsible work attitude, with a high sense of safety , responsibility and stress resistance.
