Mission statement:
Ensures innovative and cost-effective proposals in alignment with Hitachi Energy standards and targets. Supports pre-sales technical and commercial activities for internal and external customers, following the APAC HUB strategy.
Your responsibilities:
- You will develop and implement pre-sales support and bidding strategy in close collaboration with marketing, sales, and business management teams to structure proposals/contracts/bid documents.
- You will oversee the preparation of techno-commercial proposals, ensure all proposals adhere to the relevant company's procedures and guidelines, support Bid/No-Bid analyses and decisions (Gate 2) and review and oversee the validation of terms and conditions (commercial, technical, legal, pricing) in each proposal, with support from subject-matter experts.
- You will manage and participate in the deal risk review and approval processes, ensure the most competitive offers considering the market situation and customers' priorities and conditions and identify and propose the optimum deal structure for each opportunity.
- You will plan, forecast, evaluate, manage workload to ensure tendering resources are adequately deployed, developed, and equipped to meet business needs, assign and allocate internal and/or external resources for technical and commercial support and proposal preparation.
- Ensure support to the Sales organizations during technical meetings, product presentations, negotiation with customers, provide technical support and clarification as needed.

Your background:
- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or equivalent.
- More than 8 years of experience in a similar role in Electrical Engineering or Power Industry.
- Experience across the Electrical Industry within Utilities, Power T&D, or Power Systems projects with demonstrable technical knowledge of substation automation systems or protection systems.
- Conversant with MS Office, MS Teams, Outlook, SharePoint.
- Able to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders across functions and positions.
- Good command over written and verbal communication in Korean and English.
