The opportunity
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Tendering Lead to join our team. In this role you will be adapting and implementing tendering strategy for automation and communication systems in accordance with the global / regional sales strategy.
How you'll make an impact
- Ensuring technical and commercial support for internal and external customers. Oversee estimations and bids and proposals ensuring alignment with HEGA standards and targets.
- Proactively leading, developing and coaching a tendering team responsible for Saudi market.
- Should be able to demonstrate/support SCM with the negotiation skills in interaction with internal and external customers.
- Understanding project contracts, consortiums agreements and Incoterms 2020.
- Accessing, proposing and implementing solutions for rapid recovery of troubled or challenged bids / projects.
- Must be self-motivated with a high level of creativity.
- Must be familiar and have practical experience with SAP PS, MS Project, MS Excel, PowerPoint, MS Teams and other software.
- Should have experience in dealing with the cultural diversity of a global business environment.

Your background
- Master's or bachelor's degree in electrical or Electronics and Communication engineering
- 10-15 Years of Experience in T& D Industries.
- Strong background on Power Grids Automation Systems
- Highly organized and efficient coordination skills.
- Ability to prioritize and multitask across many prioritize bids.
- Problem solving & conflict resolution with a sound understanding where escalation is required.
- Professional customer orientation, communication & presentation skills.
- A team player, dedication and commitment to quality, customer focus and flexibility.
- Proficiency in both spoken & written English is required.
