The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to lead a team of Talent Acquisition Team Leaders and Talent Acquisition Partners across the Nordic region. This role requires expertise in regional hiring strategies, workforce planning, and partnering with senior business stakeholders to attract top talent. You will play a pivotal role in driving transformational change within talent acquisition, shaping new strategies to enhance efficiency, diversity, and employer branding across the Nordics.
Due to hiring volumes and business requirements, the location preference for this role is Sweden.
How You'll Make an Impact
- Develop and execute region-specific talent acquisition strategies, focusing on transformational change and continuous improvement.
- Partner with HR Operations to implement data-driven, scalable recruitment models, ensuring a seamless and efficient candidate experience.
- Lead efforts in change management, introducing innovative hiring technologies and best practices tailored for the Nordic workforce.
- Manage relationships with external agencies and recruitment partners, ensuring alignment with evolving market trends and talent expectations.
- Analyze recruitment metrics and leverage insights to optimize agile talent acquisition strategies, enabling a more responsive hiring process.
- Champion a culture of continuous learning, leading a team of Talent Acquisition Partners to drive long-term, impactful change.
- Make an impact as part of a key member of the EMEA TA Leadership team, as well as being included in the Global TA Manager community.

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent work experience.
- 10+ years of experience in talent acquisition, within the Nordic region.
- Expertise in leading talent acquisition transformation, including process optimization and digital hiring solutions.
- Strong change management skills, capable of steering teams through recruitment innovation and modernization.
- Proven ability to source and attract top candidates, utilizing cutting-edge recruitment technologies, and sourcing strategies.
- Strong stakeholder management and leadership capabilities, ensuring talent acquisition aligns with evolving business goals and workforce needs.
- Proficiency in English and at least one Nordic language (Swedish preferred).
