How you'll make an impact
- Maximize semiconductor system availability with a focus on Etching Area (Plasma and Wet)
- Ensure workplace and system safety using 5S methodology
- Collaborate with maintenance, process, and production teams for efficient operations
- Participate in projects to upgrade and modernize production lines
- Document daily tasks and support troubleshooting activities
- Train team members on system maintenance and best practices
Your background
- Technical vocational training (e.g., automation or electronics technician)
- Additional technical/methodological training is a plus
- Experience with semiconductor or similar industrial systems preferred
- Strong knowledge of electronics, mechanics, pneumatics, and vacuum systems
- Expertise in dry etch (e.g., AMat Centura, LAM Rainbow) and wet etch (e.g., Siconnex, SEZ tools) processes is a bonus
- Proficiency in German and English required
- Organized, team-oriented, and capable of working shifts in continuous production
