Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Field Service Trainer specializing in High Voltage systems to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and delivering comprehensive training programs to our internal field service team and valued customers. This role involves managing technical obligations, certifications, overseeing all operational and administrative aspects of our state-of-the-art training center, and liaising on bureaucratic matters. Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver technical training programs to the internal field service team on high voltage equipment, procedures, and safety protocols.
- Conduct training sessions for external customers, ensuring a high level of understanding and satisfaction.
- Manage obligations and maintain strong relationships with technical lead centers.
- Oversee and manage the certification process for field service personnel.
- Organize, maintain, update, and ensure the readiness of the training center and its equipment.
- Handle all bureaucratic discussions and administrative duties related to the operation and management of the training center.
- Promote training initiatives and prepare comprehensive training documentation, including monthly bulletins and updates.
- Continuously update personal technical knowledge and obtain new certifications relevant to high voltage systems and training methodologies.
- Provide expert technical advice and support to the field service team as needed.
- Collaborate closely with the Business Unit (BU) to align training policies and certification processes with overall company strategy.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Engineering, preferably in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
- Proven experience in a technical role, ideally with high voltage equipment or in a field service environment.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information clearly and effectively to diverse audiences.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings, with a solid understanding of fundamental engineering concepts.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with a demonstrated ability to interact effectively with diverse internal and external teams.
- Familiarity with High Voltage Equipment: Experience with the following types of equipment will be considered a significant differentiator. Candidates with broader and deeper knowledge of these products will have a distinct advantage:
- High Voltage Breakers (Dead Tank, Live Tank)
- GIS - Gas Insulated Switchgear
- GCB - Generator Circuit Breaker
- PASS - Plug & Switch System
- High Voltage Disconnectors and Grounding Switches
