How You'll Make an Impact

• Lead global and cross-functional AI/ML projects with varying complexity.
• Develop and oversee R&D projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with AI strategy.
• Ensure projects follow Hitachi Energy's internal directives and external standards.
• Provide technical support and manage relationships with third-party providers.
• Establish and execute effective project communication plans.
• Identify, contain, and reduce project risks.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by considering their requirements and demands.
• Conduct post-project evaluations and share lessons learned.

• BS in Computer Science, Data Science, Electrical, Mechanical, or related discipline with 5+ years of related experience; OR MS/PhD in a related field.
• Proven experience in managing AI/ML technical projects.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to quickly grasp new concepts and solve problems independently.
• Proficiency in English, both oral and written.
