General Information:
Hitachi Energy is seeking for a Senior Project Manager for it's Mount Pleasant, PA.
Your Responsibilities:
- Review of contract, PO and quote.
- Develop project schedule and freeze period with respective stakeholders (internal and external)
- Manage orders as single point of contact for customers
- Prepare project specific risk, and opportunities management
- Prepare project deliverable master document list
- Coordinate Engineering drawing submittals and customer approvals
- Coordinate with Engineering and SCM to ensure orders are placed on time for sub-supplier for material procurement.
- Review with SCM periodically on production plan of feeder factories and ensuring no slippages on production progress.
- Coordinate Stage inspections (if any)
- Follow-up on material shipment, material receipt at site and acknowledgment from sites for submission of any milestone billings.
- Coordinate with stakeholders for Installation, testing and commissioning at site.
- Coordinate and document change requests related to Scope of Work and get approvals for time extension, additional cost etc.
- Project handing over, as-built drawings, commercial closure etc. and collection of PAC, close out of any open items & FAC.
- Serve as main contact for customers in project, lead customer meetings and have technical understanding to address customer queries.
- Ensure customer payments are timely and manage risk of overdue payments.
- Project margin review and analysis.
- Facilitate and schedule Factory Acceptance Tests when required.

Your Background:
- Bachelor's degree with 5+ years' relevant experience.
- Candidate must already have work authorization that would permit them to work for Hitachi Energy in the United States.
- Strong HV and Dead Tank Circuit Breakers technical knowledge, desirable.
- Experience in project execution or High Voltage Substation projects.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to influence leaders and stakeholders.
- Ability to work under pressure to deliver the projects with time, cost and quality.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Proficiency in M.S. Office and SAP, preferred.
- PMP certification, preferred.
