Salesforce Application Manager

To growing Salesforce Domain we are looking for Application Managera, to manager Marketing & Sales application portfolio

Your involvement:

Management & coordination

• Manage end to end operations for Marketing & Sales application portfolio
• Manage multiple suppliers with global presence and remote operations
• Maage service delivery teams: operations, release and change management and roll-out support including also external supplier
• Coordinate with business process teams to understand the business needs and propose solutions

Defining task:

• Define and drive incident resolution along with other related IS teams

• Define and coordinate delivery of improvements to the quality of the service and keep it aligned with the business needs
• Define and deliver the action plan needed to resolve a compliance incident

Other tasks:

• Anchor and drive critical incident resolution avoiding any production downtime
• Report weekly progress on operations for the domain process
• Support the business during the annual review process providing all evidences required by the assessors and auditors
• Provides inputs to Service Manager during budgeting period
• Control application cost and make sure spend within agreed budget.

Your background:

• Experience in managing business support services and working at the interface with 3rd party service providers.

• Experience with Salesforce platform

• Ability to manage and work with virtual teams.

• High sense of responsibility and commitment.

• Systematic approach and business-oriented mindset combined with good articulation skills.

• High degree of intercultural awareness.

• Self-driven personality.

• Fluent in English, verbal and writing
