The Opportunity:
You will take a responsibility for a General Project Management requires general business knowledge to plan, organize, and control resources, procedures, and timing for an administrative or business process including: Organizing project teams, assigning individual responsibilities, developing project schedules, and determining resource requirements also Monitoring and reporting on the status of projects including cost, timing, and staffing.
How you'll make an impact:
- You will take technical oversight of work within your own area of responsibility, hold regular progress reviews, identify and manage technical issues that occur, define operating guidelines and development strategies for direct reports providing them with technical guidance.
- You will ensure implementing engineering processes to create complex project order designs and documents, keep project cost in mind while fully aligning with customer specifications.
- You will do problem solving and negotiation with external stakeholders and internal stakeholders, manage the cost of each project and reduce costs if possible and do time management and flexibility are challenging for you to manage.

Your background:
- You hold bachelor's / master's degree in electrical engineering.
- Industry experience of leading an engineering team responsible for electrical / mechanical project engineering applied to Power Transformers including special insulating fluids is preferred.
- Working experience of leading transformer cost optimization and competitiveness improvement projects will be preferred.
- Project Execution experience is preferred.
- Proficiency in both spoken & written English language is required.
