Project Manager

Hawthorne, CA

Your responsibilities:

  • You will be the primary contact person between the company and the client throughout the entire project, ensure and seek to improve customer satisfaction, actively provide feedback on customer feedback, and coordinate close cooperation within and outside the company.
  • You will be involved in product pricing, order execution, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of internal supply orders, and ensuring that the company's sales revenue meets annual business targets, closely communicate with customers and understand their needs and drive internal process improvement to meet customer requirements.
  • You will follow up on the on-site progress of the project during execution, reduce risks and increase profits, plan, supervise, and control the progress of the project to ensure that requirements and business indicators are met.
  • You will be responsible for the customer's on-site project acceptance and supervision work, coordinating with the after-sales service department to arrange after-sales on-site services and project delivery and payment collection, ensuring the completion of the company's annual targets.
  • You will assist the finance department in conducting risk assessment, cost analysis, and control of the project and complete other tasks assigned by the General Manager.

Your background:

  • Bachelor's degree or above, mechanical design, manufacturing, and automation related majors are preferred.
  • Priority will be given to those with at least 5-6 years of relevant work experience or certain electrical knowledge.
  • More than 2 years of team management experience. Priority given to those with overseas project management experience.
  • Familiar with the company's product manufacturing and production process. Have knowledge in business and project management.
  • Familiar with the main methods of modern enterprise management and production and operation.
  • Have the necessary knowledge of quality, safety, and environment for the position.
  • Project, Word, Excel, Power Point, SAP and proficient in using office software such as Project, Word, Excel, Power Point, SAP, etc.
  • Good physical health, work hard, be diligent and eager to learn. Having good communication skills and teamwork spirit, capable of self-motivation, flexible thinking, good leadership, communication, and decision-making abilities, absolutely reliable and trustworthy. Open minded and eager to learn. Have business acumen and cost awareness.
  • Ability to communicate with customers, suppliers, and management.
  • Good listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills in both Chinese and English.
