Your Background
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or Construction Law (essential).
- Relevant professional qualifications (desirable).
- Expertise in contract negotiation, strategy development, and risk management.
- Experience managing complex projects and ensuring contractual compliance.
- Strong capabilities in claims management and dispute resolution strategies.
- Proficiency in financial forecasting, cost analysis, and budgeting.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven ability to mentor and guide junior professionals.
