How You'll Make an Impact

• Supervise and lead a team of manufacturing production workers.
• Set up, operate, maintain, and troubleshoot production equipment.
• Ensure products are manufactured according to specifications and quality standards.
• Monitor and maintain production schedules, volume, cost, and wastage targets.
• Oversee the movement, packing, and sorting of raw materials and finished goods.
• Identify and address quality issues, ensuring only the best products reach our customers.
• Maintain accurate daily production records for performance analysis.
• Uphold and enforce company policies, practices, and procedures.
• Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines.

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred.
• 3 to 5 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
• High school diploma with relevant experience will be considered.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work 2nd shift.
• Must have work authorization to work for Hitachi Energy in the United States.
