How you will make an impact
- Process Development: Implement and enhance statistical process control (SPC)
- Production Support: Troubleshoot technical issues and optimize cycle times, capacities, and performance metrics
- Continuous Improvement: Drive process enhancements aligned with business objectives (SCR, ECR, ZBA)
- Training & Documentation: Create training materials and conduct workshops for production personnel
- Technology & Innovation: Support/Lead R&D in new product development and material integration
Your Background
- Engineering degree (MSc/PhD) in process engineering, mechanical engineering, material science, physics, electronics, or chemistry
- Experience in molding processes is a strong advantage
- Strong understanding of high-volume production processes and statistical tools
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills
- Hands-on mindset and quick learning ability
