How you'll make an impact:
- You will be handling customer complaint in whole process, organize, coordinate and follow up, ensure the problem is solved in time, to satisfy the customer and meet CCRP KPIs.
- You will organize the root cause analysis of customer complaints, track and promote the implementation of improvement and preventive measures.
- You will coordinate with related departments to prepare external analysis reports and complete the analysis reports with the support of other departments when the responsible departments of some cases are not clear.

Your background:
- You hold a bachelor's degree or above.
- Minimum 5 years working experience in electrical manufacturing industry, good reporting skills.
- Experience in GIS equipment commissioning is preferred.
- Required proficiency in English language for both speaking and writing.
