Hitachi Energy is seeking a Planning & S&OP Process Leader to work with our transformer factories across North America. In this role, you'll manage and improve planning and scheduling processes, driving training and standardization in Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP), Master Planning, and detailed scheduling. You'll have the opportunity to develop the overall competency of the organization, contribute to group initiatives, and ensure the smooth execution of factory operations. Train and coach Demand Planners, Operations Planners, Master Schedule Planners, and Material Planners.
Develop and implement standard processes and best practices.
Monitor standard work execution and develop dashboards for tracking.
Participate in factory S&OP meetings to drive standardization and compliance.
Ensure timely and accurate information flow during S&OP processes.
Monitor KPIs and work on improving the S&OP process.
Drive ITM throughout the organization and assist in RCCM analysis training.
Provide training and support for process improvements.
Your Background
Minimum 10 years of manufacturing experience.
Preferred ERP experience in PP module.
Ability to work cross-functionally within a global value chain.
Strong analytical and decision-making capabilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Bachelor's Degree in Business or Engineering, or equivalent experience.
