The opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst, who will have detailed understanding of business processes Marketing & Sales area and will apply this knowledge to shape and align IT solution/services. In this role, you are primarily accountable for proper requirements management including elicitation, definition, analysis and documentation of the requirements. You will be part of different programs and projects which will be based on cutting edge technologies to support Business functions to compete and grow in the highly demanding market of Energy. As Business Analyst you perform various business analyses to support decisions regarding IT solutions.
How you will make an impact
- Stakeholder management and cooperation: establish strong relationships with business stakeholders, collaborate with architects, application teams, project delivery teams and 3rd party service providers to ensure consistent design of provided solutions and to estimate effort required to achieve those.
- Process management: Capture and visualize business processes.
- Requirements management: Capture, document, analyze business requirements. Consolidate, simplify and prioritize those requirements. Monitor requirements queue.
- Solution management: Support in defining solutions fulfilling business requirements, leveraging best practices. Propose new solutions in terms of functional flows and solve challenging problems. Understand the customer journey and business value realization. Demonstrate to business users in coordination with PM and Solution architect, how IT solutions work and answer questions.
- Advisory role for stakeholders: Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) contributing to functional and technical designs. Provide expertise to business stakeholders, application operations or project teams to either support ongoing operations or develop new solutions. Provide a good understanding of product and business owner needs, transparency and continual engagement. Test and troubleshoot final system setup.
- Documentation management: Ensure functional specification supports an overall solution design.
- Project participation: all phases of project lifecycle.

Your background
- Education & experience: 5+ years of experience as Business or Functional Analyst (or similar role).
- Stakeholder management: Experience and ability to work with virtual delivery teams as well as distributed stakeholders.
- Business Model experience: Understanding of Business Process Model.
- Skillset experience: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, strong communication, negotiation, facilitation skills, customer-service-oriented approach.
- Language skills: Fluent in English, verbal and writing.
- Good to have not mandatory: Experience of working in ecosystem with SAP S4/HANA, Salesforce, MuleSoft. Knowledge about Marketing & Sales tools and processes within a global manufacturing companies like sales configurators, planning tools, Azure DevOps, Jira, Confluence.
