Your responsibilities:
- To evaluate capacity, optimize resource, improve production efficiency continuously.
- To update the standard working hour and personnel quota as the basis for efficiency improvement and cost assessment.
- To promote the management efficiency by conduct operation analysis and process analysis as well as determining standardized process;
- To update the operation efficiency by improving operation process and line balance;
- To update production line layout, optimize logistics and space utilization.
- To complete other tasks assigned by manager.

Your background:
- Bachelor's degree or above, major in industrial engineering, mechanical management or technology.
- 3 years' experience in industrial engineering at least.
- Proficient in Lean Production and 6 Sigma related knowledge and tools, prefer green belt and above; Process design.
- Making of tooling and utensils.
- Good interpersonal skills and results-oriented work attitude
- Willing to learn and able to learn quickly.
- Good analytical and problems solving skills.
- Good communication and teamwork.
