Industrial Engineer (m/f/d)
Position Summary
As an Industrial Engineer, you will play a key role for implementation of visual identification standards according Aptiv procedures (glass wall, SPQVC and SQVC for complete plant).

The vacancy is to be positioned in Skopje - Macedonia, and will report to the Engineering Group Manager Regional Manufacturing MAC & GER.
Your Role
- You will be responsible for Kanban Plant Management and for standard work full Production Area.
- You will be responsible for 5S, workplace organization, cycle time and bottle neck management.
- Working on continuous Improvements, best business practices, Lean & Kaizen activities.
- Maintaining all necessary documentation.
- You will be responsible for Introduction / Training / Application of APTIV procedures.
- You will be responsible for layout for production area as well as for the entire plant

Your Background
- You got Bachelor degree, preferable of Mechanical Faculty.
- You are teamworker and supportive person.
- You have good knowledge of written and spoken English.
- You have good analytical and problem solving skills.
- You have good Excel knowledge.
- You are Curious: Explore your curiosity, challenging the status quo.
- You are Strategic: Plan ahead adopting future intelligence to break down bar.
