The opportunity
Contribute to improving Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) performance and Corporate Responsibility in assigned geography. Support the business by applying in-depth knowledge to offer solutions and advice through delivery of Group-wide performance improvement programs and/or Group Audit Program.
How you'll make an impact
- Whitin the HSE team contribute to support Site Managers to operate in compliance with HSE standards and respective legal obligations. Support the project team to ensure all legal (HSE documentations as per D. Lgs 81/08 and D. Lgs 152/06) and customers requirements are fully met. Regular onsite and back office checks with subcontractors to ensure sites activities are planned and delivered following Company and Customers policy, HSE management system and legal requirements. Support frontline personnel to identify and report hazards, near miss and incidents to ensure safe work procedures are being enforced.
- Delivers and deploys project-specific site inductions, and Group-wide performance improvement programs to the Divisions and Local Business Units with focus on assigned construction sites. Provides analysis of HSE data within area of responsibility. Reports on progress on implementation of HSE and Sustainability Objectives and key performance indicators (KPI) as required. Contributes to assessing emerging trends and legislation in HSE and communicates relevant information on legal requirements within area of expertise and geography.
- Delivers inspections and supports follow up of improvement actions in the Local Business Units with focus on construction sites. Cooperates across functions and with business partners to raise awareness and drive performance, engages with internal and external stakeholders to build commitment and credibility for the Local Business Units. Contributes to driving behavioral change and continuous improvement though delivery of training and competence initiatives and expert support to the Local Business Units in line with yearly targets agreed with the Business Units. Supports the sharing of best practice. Support delivery of Group audit program. Contributes to executes Health, Safety and Environment performance and Corporate Responsibility related projects with focus on construction sites of the Local Business Unit. - Understand and implement the Global O/S HSE management system and contribute to improve the local HSE management system.

Your background
- Bachelor's degree or technical diploma (electrical background is a plus) with 2 years of previous experience in HSE roles with knowledge of Italian HSE legislations.
- Willingness to travel - 80% of the time on assigned construction sites.
- Proactivity, flexibility, and strong communications skills are completing this role.
- Proficiency in digital tools and platforms.
- Good knowledge of English and Italian are mandatory.
