General information:

According to national laws and regulations related to occupational health, safety, environment and fire protection and the company's HSE requirements, carry out HSE management activities to eliminate or reduce the risks of occupational health, operational safety, environment and fire protection at the company's site, and guarantee the normal operation of the company.

Your responsibilities:

  • You will carry out HSE work in accordance with HSE laws and regulations, relevant standards and the company's relevant system, develop or revise HSE procedures in accordance with national regulations and standards, corporate OS requirements, and based on the actual situation on site, prepare the company's annual safety policy development plan and action plan according to the hub requirements and in combined with the actual situation on site.
  • You will analyze the company's safety trends and provide suggestions to support the operation and other business units to achieve HSE-related targets, activity based risk assessment organizing and technical support, including new projects and changes, ABRA annual review and Stop Take 5, incident investigation, support or independently investigate the occupational health, safety, environment, fire and security incidents, develop investigation reports, and follow up the completion of corrective measures.
  • You will ensure that the company's special permit system (such as hot work, working at heights and confined space entry) is implemented as required, and that special equipment and its operators are licensed to operate, specific inspection implementation, according to the unified deployment of HUB or the actual needs of the Company, carry out specific inspections, develop a finding list (the list includes description of the problem, the responsible, corrective measures and completion date), and track the progress.
  • You will involve in site walks, focusing on occupational health, safety, environment, fire and security, at least once a day, contractor daily safety supervision and management, safety supervision and management of civil/installation contractors and service contractors working within the company, HSE training, daily safety training management and delivery as internal trainer.
  • You will lead the company's environmental protection work, emissions compliance, water conservation, waste reduction and carbon neutrality.
  • You will lead the company's industrial hygiene and ergonomics improvement, continuous improvement of occupational health, Others.

Your background:

  • You hold full-time bachelor's degree or above, preferably with engineering background such as mechanical manufacturing and electrical engineering.
  • 5 years or above HSE management experience, preferably in foreign investment/joint venture companies.
  • 2 years or above experience as a team leader.
  • Teamwork spirit and affinity, passionate and inquisitive about HSE.
  • Fluent in English and excellent communication skills.
