How you'll make an impact
- You will be charge of social security transaction affairs for multiple cities, charge of company benefits transactions like company insurance and flexible benefit program for multiple legal entities, support annual company benefit projects implementation with COE and team coordinator and support the recognition plan system management.
- You will have chance to extend the working scope to absence and attendance system management, payroll gross to net calculation and tax reconciliation transactions.
- You will be working closely with external vendors and internal stakeholders (Other service lines in HR Operations, Finance and HRBPs) for payroll and benefit related.
- You will follow HR control requirement to achieve the risk control, provide the solution to solve local business requirement or social security special case and answer employees' enquiries in time via internal HR service ticket system.
- You will update the working instruction (WI).
- You will be responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your background
- You hold a bachelor/master's degree in any stream.
- Minimum 2 years of HR working experience with knowledge of payroll or benefit.
- Experienced in payroll software and HRIS systems (e.g., ADP, Workday, SAP), strong logical thinking, analytical and problem solved skills and strong learning agility.
- Self-motivator and proactive. Good teamwork and strong service awareness.
- Excellent English skill. Proficiency in Japanese is better. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
