How you'll make an impact
- You will review and manage Workday HR end-to-end process and data quality,
- You will be responsible for employee life cycle transactions like on boarding, separation, transfer and etc. covering local employees and expatriates, managing employees' labor contracts, personal file, working hour renewal application, and pre-employment screening according to business requirement.
- You will support local talent award, work and resident permit applications, to schedule the interview between the candidates and business managers. and HRBPs for the entire blue collars recruitment process in Workday system and assistant Talent Acquisition program related work.
- You will assist to optimize the workflow for employee service and timely update local working instructions.
- You will be responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your background
- Bachelor's degree and above, better in Human Resources, Psychology, Statistics or Computer Science related areas.
- Minimum 2 years of HR working experience.
- Strong logical thinking and learning agility. Self-motivator and proactive.
- Good teamwork and strong service awareness. Good computer skill in Microsoft office. Workday experience is an advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in English listening, speaking, reading and writing. Japanese experience is an advantage.
