How you'll make an impact:
- You will be involved in strategic planning aligned with the business unit strategy, performance analysis, business reviews, financial impact evaluation, investment controlling, and developing financial rationale for growth initiatives, creating and implementing constraint management policies to ensure strategic measures are effectively executed.
- You will be developing and implementing strategic financial dashboards, assessing savings from competitiveness initiatives, analyzing operational KPIs, and conducting cross-hub benchmarking and financial monitoring for global product group reviews.
- You will be recommending procedural improvements, deploying project review tools, supporting contract life cycle management, managing financial risks and contracts, and ensuring effective capital allocation. You will be supporting REIWA (Real-Time Enterprise Integration with Workflows and Analytics) usage and improvement for finance goals, driving digital transformation initiatives across the global product group, and assisting the business unit CFO with strategic IT initiatives.
- You will develop and implement long-term strategic plans in alignment with the BU strategy, evaluate the financial impacts of cost reduction and improvement initiatives, oversee strategic investments in CAPEX, new product development, and R&D.
- You will create financial rationales for growth and operational initiatives, build and deploy strategic financial dashboards, assess savings from competitiveness initiatives, analyze operational KPIs in collaboration with the operations team, conduct cross-hub benchmarking and financial monitoring for GPG reviews, recommend procedural improvements for local controllers, ensure effective capital allocation through CIMT evaluation, drive digital transformation initiatives across the GPG and assist the BU CFO with strategic IT initiatives.
- You will be responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your background:
- You hold a degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- More than 10years of experience in financial management, with a focus on strategic planning and analysis within a global organization.
- Proven ability to develop and implement strategic financial dashboards and conduct in-depth performance analysis, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Demonstrated experience in financial risk assessment and management, with a track record of recommending and implementing procedural improvements.
- Strong understanding of digital transformation principles, with the ability to leverage technology to streamline financial processes and enhance data-driven decision-making across the organization.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively present financial insights and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
