Global Manager Mechanical Design

Västerås, Sweden

The opportunity

The Valve Mechanical Design team is looking for a Global Manager to join the team. In this role, you will have direct personnel responsibility, and your main objective will be to develop and implement strategic initiatives that put the product at the center of attention. This is a global role, meaning that you will have the opportunity to collaborate with stakeholders globally.

The products that you will be working with in this role are the Converter Valves, which is the heart of an HVDC station - pulsing with precision, power, and purpose. It is the core component that enables the conversion and control of electrical energy across vast distances. As we transition from a project-based to a product-based business model, we are looking for a leader who is passionate about creating quality in the product, processes, and deliveries.
