• Academic Excellence: Master's or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Energy Science, or a related field, with a strong foundation in power systems and optimization.
• Optimization Guru: Deep expertise in linear, nonlinear, integer, and stochastic programming, with a passion for applying these techniques to real-world energy challenges.
• AI & ML Savvy: Proficient in machine learning methods-regression, classification, clustering, time-series, deep learning, and reinforcement learning-using modern tools and frameworks.
• Algorithm Architect: Proven experience developing optimization algorithms for power system planning using tools like Python, MATLAB, and Gurobi.
• Power System Pro: Skilled in modeling and simulating power systems, with experience integrating APIs and tools for optimal system planning.
• Control & Electronics Expert: Hands-on experience with power electronics and grid-forming control systems, including RMS and EMT simulations.
• Data-Driven Thinker: Strong analytical skills with Python libraries like Pandas, GeoPandas, Plotly, and JSONPickle to interpret complex datasets.
• Team Player & Communicator: Excellent problem-solving skills, collaborative mindset, and the ability to clearly communicate technical concepts to a diverse audience.
