Customer Success Rep

In this role, you'll coordinate and support customer orders, ensuring accuracy and anticipating customer needs through exceptional listening and understanding skills. You'll work closely with various departments, including Finance, Engineering, and Operations, to process transformer orders and define requirements. How You'll Make an Impact

• Provide direct support to customers via telephone, electronically, or face-to-face.
• Process change orders using the Factory Order Entry Program.
• Log and enforce Customer Complaint Resolution Process (CCRP) to track complaints and drive corrective action.
• Participate in customer visits and training as needed.
• Manage assigned backlog for timely drawing submittals, returns, and product releases.
• Work with in-house marketing reps, front-end sales, and customers to define scope and processes.
• Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects, ensuring adherence to objectives, timelines, and budgets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project integration and successful outcomes.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field (Business, Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing, or similar).
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Project Coordinator or Project Manager.
• Proven experience in manufacturing project management is a plus.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet project deadlines.
• Work authorization to work for Hitachi Energy in the United States.
