Join Hitachi Energy as a Customer Success Rep in Bland, VA where you'll play a pivotal role in managing post-order processes for our diverse client base, including Utilities, Original Equipment Manufacturers, and Commercial & Industrial sectors. You'll lead efforts from order acceptance through shipment, warranty, and after-market services, ensuring smooth and efficient operations. How You'll Make an Impact
- Process new orders and drive the "clean order" initiative.
- Collaborate with engineering to meet customer expectations with quality and timely drawing packages.
- Manage change orders and foster positive relationships with Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, Engineering, and Production Planning.
- Support revenue maximization by reducing units on shipping hold and managing customer orders.
- Handle return authorizations, customer concessions, milestone billing, and overdue invoices.
- Implement lean manufacturing methodologies for continuous improvement.
- Communicate shipping schedules and resolve potential delays.
- Participate in daily meetings and escalate issues for resolution.

Your Background
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business, or equivalent work experience.
- Work authorization to permit employment with Hitachi Energy in the USA without future sponsorship.
- Onsite presence required in Bland, VA.
- Experience with Microsoft Office and SAP is beneficial.
- Knowledge of general accounting principles.
- Strong organizational skills and basic understanding of project management.
- Aptitude for technical specifications and problem-solving skills.
