How You'll Make an Impact
- Deliver financial and business analysis for real estate projects.
- Support capital planning and project budgeting activities.
- Maintain and report on real estate KPIs across the Americas.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support project execution.
- Conduct spatial and financial analysis for new and existing sites.
- Assist in developing and updating real estate SOPs.
- Provide ad hoc reporting and insights for facilities and IFM sites.
- Support annual budget planning for occupancy and capital costs.
Your Background
- Bachelor's degree in real estate, finance, accounting, business administration plus 3 years of work experience or equivalent
- Data analysis/ reporting, Project tracking for real estate projects, Corporate Accounting Principles, IFRS (related to real estate desired)
- Strong quantitative, financial/ business analysis and modeling
- Time management
- Organizational skills with the ability to work/ juggle multiple projects at the same time.
- Project Management principles, tracking and reporting knowledge in a corporate real estate environment
- Working knowledge of IFRS accounting principles (relating to real estate a plus). Working in a large organization with a matrix structure.
- Technically astute and strategic thinking.
- Established knowledge of accounts payable process and tools in a shared service environment.
- Proficient skill with Microsoft Office 365 tools specifically Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, and collaboration tools
- Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP)/ Business Operations Tool experience - e.g. SAP a plus
- Role will be onsite at Perimeter Circle area
