The opportunity:
Support Supply Chain Procurement team in day-to-day activities and collaborate with suppliers to expedite the delivery of components for Germany Service Centre.
How you'll make an impact:
- Taking responsible for overseeing the procurement of goods and services as per the standard process workflow. Creating purchase orders and ensuring they are accurate and timely.
- Transmits POs to suppliers and Expedites delivery when needed/ requested. Monitoring Inventory levels and ensuring timely reordering of suppliers.
- Assure that relevant systems are updated with procurement data, such as supplier, price, payment terms and other conditions. Evaluating the quality of goods received and ensuring they meet specifications.
- Follow up with PM and warehouse team to ensure GRN done in time. Address and resolve the greif invoices and ensure ontime payment.
- Maintaining supplier relationaships and resolving any issues that may arise. Collaborating with other departments, such as Project Management, Technical,logistics, and finance to ensure smooth operations.
- Resolve conflicts proactively and if needed escalate, seek help from Team lead or Management to ensure progress is on track.
- Adhere to the Supply Chain management processes in the organization. Ensure Hitachi Energy integrity guidelines are followed in the team.
- Ensure IS security policy followed in the team. Acts as role model for the team.

Your Background:
- Bachelor's degree , hand on experience of working with SAP MM module.
- Knowledge of ERP system and P2P process. Very good knowledge & experience working with MS office tools.
- Excellent skills in Speaking, Reading and writing English language, German Basic language is added advantage.
- Close collaboration and regular connect with all the relevant stakeholders and functions.
- Ability to work under pressure to manage customer expectations.
- Should possess strong communications & negotiation skills to convince customers stakeholders.
- Proficiency in both spoken & written English language is required.
