The Opportunity:
To strengthen our Administration Team, we are looking for the Reception Specialist, who will be a first point of contact with both internal and external customers.
How You'll Make an Impact:
- Greeting visitors
- Daily support for employees in office related matters
- Access cards administration
- Support in logistics during visits, events, onboarding days
- Daily registering and distribution of incoming and outgoing mail, couriers and shipments
- Cooperation with building Reception and Security service
- Processing invoices and making financial settlements
Your Background:
• At least 5 years' experience in Administration, HR or related field, including at least 2 years incorporate

• Higher education, preferably in HR, Administration, or related.
• You have very good verbal and written communication skills and customer service orientation
• You are a proficient user of Microsoft 365 tools
• You have intermediate English level (B1, B1+)
• You are proactive and have analytical skills and attention to detail
• You are courageous and effective in action
• You are able to prioritize
• You have positive approach and stress resistance
• You are a team player
