The opportunity:
Technical Project Management requires specific technical knowledge to plan, organize, and control resources, procedures, and timing for a technical process or project including developing detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports, conducting risk analysis and monitoring the progress of plans against project milestones and budgets. Providing technical and analytical guidance to the project team. Ensuring adherence to quality standards and review of project deliverables. Analyzing and documenting requirements by liaising with a range of users in the organization. On some projects, where applicable, manages the integration of vendor tasks and tracks and reviews vendor deliverables A Team Leader (M2) supervises professional level employees (typically entry or experienced level) and may also supervise some para-professional employees. Responsibilities typically include setting goals and objectives for team members for achievement of operational results. Problems faced may be difficult but typically are not complex. Ensures policies, practices and procedures are understood and followed by direct reports, customers and stakeholders.

How you'll make an impact:
- You will drive implementation of the service strategy as a member of the regional management team, ensure corresponding plans are implemented consistently in the Service organization through collaboration with another businesses/hub.
- You will drive, implement, reports and monitor performance targets as part of the regional unit P&L (financial, productivity, investments, customer satisfaction, operational excellence, etc.) and run the day-to-day services delivery while planning and managing workload to ensure profitable growth and improvement of Service productivity, implement agreed delivery and performance standards to ensure consistency in quality and customer satisfaction.
- You will execute the (global) service and delivery sales channel strategy within the local unit, implement productized service offerings and materials for marketing purpose and invest in service sales to increase market penetration, build sustainable customer relationships to ensure local client growth, satisfaction, and retention together with sales.
- You will support sales resources in customer meetings, drive consistent development of processes and practices based on customer feedback (Net Promoter Score (NPS)), invest in improving the quality of existing service products and in developing new service products to expand the portfolio in line with global direction.
- You will enforce a service integrity culture throughout the service organization, ensure that the area of responsibility is properly organized, staffed, skilled and directed, guide, motivate, and develop direct and indirect subordinates, improve service availability, provide training and develop capabilities and competencies.
- You will be responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.
Your background:
- You hold an engineering/Trade qualifications or Electrical or equivalent.
- More than 10 to 15 years of experience in Electrification, Power generation or Power T&D in similar role.
- Experience across Electrical Industry, Utilities, Power T&D or Power Systems projects and service delivery management is essential.
- Knowledge of health & safety, quality standards and continuous improvement methodologies from value engineering & problem-solving perspective will be a plus. Advanced computer skills across MS Office, MS Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, must be able to understand project and portfolio financials, maintain and forecast financial KPIs for quarter and financial year.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, high attention to detail, Expresses opinions, able to work with multiple stakeholders and positions.
