【具体的な業務内容】 

・Tinderの広告デザイン全般の企画〜制作 

・制作のみではなく、企画段階からの提案

・例：

ソーシャルメディア用の動画、静止画制作

Google UACやSNSで配信する広告制作(ブランディング＋ダイレクト）

サービスを紹介する動画制作

ランディングページ制作

アプリ内バナーや動画の制作

電車の車内広告制作

Tinderオリジナルグッズ制作

【使っているツール】

・動画編集: After Effect,Premier,FINAL CUTなど

・静止画: Illustrator, photoshopなどAdobeデザインツール

・Adobe Creative Cloud

・FigmaなどUIデザインツール

【必須スキル】

・デザイナーとして実務経験 5年以上

・Webサービスをゼロからデザインした経験がある方 

・動画コンテンツ制作と編集した経験がある方

・デザイン品質に責任を持ち、アイディア実行の際の時間と独自性にも責任を持つ方

・サービスを成長させることに強く興味がある方 

・サービス/アプリが好きで、常に最新の情報を得ることに強く興味がある方 

・デザインにおいても、常に最新の情報を得ることに強く興味がある方

Tinder®, the world's largest social matchmaking app, generates more than 26 million matches every day around the world, providing new ways for people to meet. Since its launch, people from over 190 countries have connected on Tinder, and the number of encounters has reached over 60 billion. The matching app industry in Japan, including Tinder, continues to grow every year. And now we are looking for a creative designer for our growing and fun Tinder Team in Japan! 

・Planning, designing and producing Tinder’s creative web design  

・Creating project proposal from scratch and sharing with business team

・Work examples including: 

 Video and still image production for social media

 Advertisement designs/productions for Google UAC and other Social medias (for branding and/or direct media)

 Video creation/edition to introduce Tinder services

 Website Landing page

 Creation of in-app banners and videos

 Train advertisement designs

 Tinder original goods production, etc. 

・Video editing: After Effect,Premier, FINAL CUT, etc. 

・Still picture: Illustrator, Photoshop,and other Adobe designing tools

・Adobe Creative Cloud

・UI design tools such as Figma 

・ 5+ years of working experiences as a creative designer

・Experience in designing a web service from scratch

・Experience in creating and editing video content

・Responsible for the quality of the design, as well as the time and originality in executing the idea

・A strong interest to help with our business grow

・Passionate about internet industry, especially about App business
