whats the role-Coordinate engineering teams to help drive their various testing efforts, including integration testing, scalability testing and E2E testing as a central point of contact for the development environments.
Assess software readiness for environment progression to a higher environment by ensuring appropriate testing processes were followed and results properly documented.
Analyze data flow through the system to help identify data-driven problem areas and provide engineering teams with the details to assist them in troubleshooting.
Manage scope / coverage requirements for each of the development environments.
Coordinate Product / Proof of Concept deliveries originating from a development environment.

Collaborate with engineering teams and internal customers to identify new opportunities, address critical needs, and solve complex problems related to pipeline execution in the development environments.
Be responsible for providing design and development leadership in delivering products and tools used in creating high-definition live maps.
Own and drive technical leadership and in-depth solutions in an innovative and fast-paced environment.
Drive initiatives that contribute to the development of software that is efficient, re-usable and reliable (e.g. agile, coding, verification)
Who are you?
Fast learner, with an eye for detail, strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
7+ years of experience in software development – JAVA 1.8+/Scala/Python or functional programming language
Experience in development of Service oriented architecture
Experience in data structures and algorithms
Strong working knowledge in the use of issue tracking tools (e.g., JIRA) and team collaboration tools (e.g., Confluence/Wiki).
Infrastructure experience: Maven/SBT, GIT/GERRIT, Apache Spark, Amazon Web Services, Jenkins, Linux Environment
Strong SQL skills, with a strong preference for PostgreSQL / PostGIS
NoSQL data stores knowledge is considered a plus.
Working with data transformation scripting / ETL is considered a plus.
Able to provide technical leadership and domain expertise to help build the competency of other engineers (researching new technologies, tutorials to group, etc.)
Able to translate business and architectural features into quality, consistent software design.
Solid knowledge of programming practices, strive to write great code that is reusable, flexible, and reliable.
Excellent communication and people skills, with strength in interaction with a diverse and global workforce
Self-motivated, well-organized, details-oriented and a strong team player with an agile mindset
Strong quality mindset is considered a must: unit testing, performance testing, writing testable code.
Eagerness for challenges, the ability to lead and advance teams of developers and work with a variety of technologies and personnel.
