Your leadership will shape how we discover, build, and scale our products, ensuring a relentless focus on impact over output. Collaborating with engineering, design, and data teams, you will set the strategic direction for Dentally's product suite, driving continuous improvement, market expansion, and technological innovation. AI-driven practice automation and product capabilities will be at the heart of your strategy, ensuring Dentally remains at the heart of technological innovation in dentistry.

What you'll do

• Define and execute the product strategy for Dentally, aligning with our vision, business objectives and market opportunities.
  

• Lead and mentor a high-performing team of Heads of Product and Product Managers, ensuring they are empowered to drive significant impact.
  

• Foster a culture of experimentation, rapid iteration, and curiosity to stay ahead of market trends.
  

• Champion the use of generative AI and machine learning to enhance product capabilities, automate workflows, and improve team efficiency.
  

• Collaborate closely with engineering, design, data, and commercial teams to build scalable, customer-focused solutions.
  

• Drive the roadmap and prioritisation process, ensuring we are focused on the most valuable opportunities.
  

• Partner with regional GMs and global teams to ensure products are locally relevant and globally scalable.
  

• Lead strategic initiatives that improve product usability, expand market reach, and enhance our brand reputation.
  

• Act as a thought leader internally and externally, representing Henry Schein One as a pioneer in dental technology innovation.

  What you'll bring with you
  
  
  • Extensive experience in senior product leadership roles in high-growth tech companies, ideally B2B SaaS-based.
    
  
  
  • Proven track record of scaling product teams and delivering impactful products that drive business growth.
    
  
  
  • Deep expertise in modern product management practices, including discovery, data-informed decision-making, and experimentation.
    
  
  
  • Experience applying AI, ML, and LLM technologies to improve product outcomes, automate customer tasks, and streamline team operations.
    
  
  
  • Strong strategic thinking and business acumen, with the ability to turn vision into execution.
    
  
  
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with experience engaging executive teams and cross-functional leaders.
