Director, Engineering
Job Description
How you'll make an impact
As Director of Engineering, you'll be playing a leading role in building the future of dental practice management. We want to empower dentists to do the thing they trained for: to be a dentist. Our vision is for intelligent software that anticipates the needs of their teams, automates away the complexity, optimises their practice for growth and efficiency, and unlocks their time to focus on providing unparalleled patient care.
You will be the driving force in bringing this vision to life today. You will be responsible for defining an ambitious technology strategy and roadmap that drives automation, efficiency, scalability and security. You will create world class software capable of powering everything from dental charting and imaging, to finance and payments, to online appointment management, for thousands of practices and millions of patients.
Working closely with your counterparts in Product and Design, your leadership will transform how we build, scale, and innovate, pushing the boundaries of AI-driven capabilities and intelligent, scalable practice management solutions. You will foster a culture of high performance and customer-centricity, with industry-leading developer experience, ensuring that business and customer impact are always at the forefront of our technology decisions.
