We are looking to hire an experienced Data Analyst who will be responsible for developing easy-to-consume dashboards to streamline reporting, improve business processes, and drive decisions based on data. S/he must be able to build datasets for analysis and present findings to an array of teams.
Responsibilities:
- Build and manage dashboards for various stakeholders (both internal and external) that will help drive key business decisions
- Collaborate with the Data Engineering team to maintain, evolve and extend existing data models
- Conduct ad hoc analysis as well as the creation of scalable long term solutions with the aim of Identifying, interpreting trends and patterns in complex data sets
- Clean, aggregate, transform and analyze data from multiple data sources

Requirement:
- Minimum 3 years of proven work experience as a Data Analyst or Business Data Analyst
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience & analytical skills
- Technical expertise in data models, database design, and data mining
- Strong visualization skills (Data storytelling) using any visualization tool such as PowerBI, Tableau, Mode, Metabase etc.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, analyze and disseminate a significant amount of information with strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in one or more programming languages especially Python and R
- Adept at SQL queries, report writing, and presenting findings
- Ability to think creatively about solutions, including thinking about the best metrics to drive the business
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a strong desire to collaborate with Engineers, product managers, and other stakeholders
- Ability to communicate data insights to management in a clear and concise manner
