Your Impact
Hearst Magazines seeks a Financial Analyst who will play a critical role in the finance operations for the advertising sales commission plans and other expenses. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day administration of the compensation for sales commission eligible employees. This role requires working with Sales, Business Insights, Technology Strategy and Sales Operations to ensure the proper plan calculation, delivery, and execution of sales commissions. Cross-team coordination, time management, and excellent communication skills are essential. It is key that we pay employees on time and accurately.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, be well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize tasks. High competency of key computer programs including Excel is a must. The ability to manage multiple tasks and stay on deadline are required in this role. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, fast learner, and motivated to go above and beyond what is expected. In addition, the Financial Analyst must also be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
